Shipping Info
We’re just as excited for you to get your gear as you are. Here's what to expect when you place an order with Canteen Co.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order hits the road.
U.S. Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.95
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.95
Orders over $75 ship free via standard shipping.
We currently ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally!
Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by your country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder just in case.
Delays Happen Sometimes
We do our best to get your gear to you on time, but occasionally, delays happen that are outside our control (weather, shipping carrier issues, global supply weirdness—you know the drill). If your package seems to be taking longer than expected, shoot us a message and we’ll track it down for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked about your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Whether it’s the wrong fit, the wrong item, or just not what you expected, we’ve got your back.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. If an item shows signs of wear, we may not be able to process the return—so try it on, but don’t take it on a camping trip just yet.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are free and easy, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all U.S. orders. A prepaid label will be provided upon request. For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale Items
Some limited-release or discounted items may be marked final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We’ll always make this clear on the product page.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Shoot—we’re sorry! If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll get a replacement out to you ASAP, on our dime.
